Trainees use the sander to bring sawn parts exactly to a line, square end grain, sand chamfers on the tilted table and fit mitres using the gauge. Its large disc suits end-grain and edge work in carpentry, furniture and pattern-making courses at ITI, TVET and polytechnic level.
