Nailer Gun
Product Code : LSK-WWPT-10727
Nailer Gun (SKU LSK-WWPT-10727) drives wire-collated nails into timber in one stroke, making assembly of frames, trim and carcasses faster and more consistent than hand nailing. It is offered in 16 and 18 gauge, with fastener ranges from 3/4 inch to 3-1/4 inch, for carpentry and furniture trainees in ITI, polytechnic and TVET workshops. It is available to institutes, contractors and distributors from Science Lab Supplies, Ambala, India.
Specifications
For the Nailer Gun, gauge, fastener range and collation type make up the table underneath. In short, it takes wire-collated nails in 16 or 18 gauge across three fastener ranges, 3/4 to 1-3/4 inch, 1-1/4 to 2-1/2 inch and 2 to 3-1/4 inch, so the gauge and range can be matched to the course.

Applications and Experiments for the Nailer Gun
The nailer gun is used wherever timber parts are fixed with nails: frames, skirting and trim, packing cases and carcass backs. It fits ITI carpentry and furniture trades, TVET joinery and construction carpentry modules, and polytechnic workshop practice, where trainees learn powered fastening after hand nailing.
- Fixing trim, beading and back panels with 18 gauge nails.
- Assembling frames and boxes with longer 16 gauge nails.
- Holding glued joints while the adhesive sets, for example after spreading glue with the Glue Spreader Roll.
- Teaching nail length selection, depth setting and safe handling of a fastening tool.
A nailer fires fasteners with force: never point it at anyone, keep hands clear of the nose, wear eye protection and disconnect the power or air source before clearing jams.
Standard Scope of Supply
The Nailer Gun is supplied as a single tool in the gauge and fastener range you select, as described above. Nails are consumables and are ordered separately; the power source and any accessories needed for the model quoted are stated on the quotation.
Packing, MOQ and Lead Time
Request a quotation for one nailer or a set for every bench in a carpentry shop. It will show packing, delivery time and price for that quantity, and nails in the right gauge, plus other workshop tools for technical training institutes, can be added.
As a registered exporter with an Importer-Exporter Code, Science Lab Supplies can ship to buyers in Rwanda, South Africa, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Malaysia. Pick your gauge and nail range, then send it through the contact page or the enquiry cart; tender procurement is covered on the lab tender page.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between 16 and 18 gauge?
The 18 gauge nail is thinner and leaves a smaller hole, suiting trim and light fixing. The 16 gauge nail is thicker and holds better in frames and heavier joinery.
Which nail lengths can it fire?
Three ranges are listed: 3/4 to 1-3/4 inch, 1-1/4 to 2-1/2 inch, and 2 to 3-1/4 inch. Tell us which range you need when you enquire.
Who supplies the Nailer Gun?
Science Lab Supplies, based in Ambala, India, supplies the nailer to ITIs, polytechnics, TVET centres, tender contractors and distributors, and can list it on one quotation with nails and other carpentry tools.
How is the nailer powered?
The power source depends on the model offered. Ask through the contact page, and the quotation will confirm the model and any air or power supply it needs, such as a workshop Air Compressor.
