What size of flat bar can it cut?
It cuts flat steel up to 70 x 6 mm (2-3/4 x 1/4 in), and the maximum thickness for any cut is 6 mm. Wider or thicker stock should go to a power saw.
Can it cut round bar?
Yes. Round steel rod up to 13 mm (1/2 in) diameter can be cut on the shear. Larger rod should be cut on a power hacksaw or another machine saw.
