Applications and Experiments for the Masonry Saw
In a construction workshop the saw lets trainees cut bricks, blocks, stone, tiles and slabs to size for walling, paving and tiling exercises. The sliding carriage and angle device give straight and angled cuts, and water cooling keeps dust down while protecting the diamond blade.
- ITI Mason (Building Constructor) trade: cutting bricks and blocks for bonding practice.
- TVET building construction and tiling modules: cutting tiles and slabs to fit.
- Polytechnic civil engineering workshops: preparing stone and block samples.
- Short courses on safe operation of site cutting machinery.
This is a powered cutting machine with a rotating blade. Trainees should use it only under supervision, with eye, ear and hand protection, guards in place and the emergency switch within reach.
Standard Scope of Supply
The saw is supplied as one machine with its sliding carriage, water cooling pump, pedal control, cutting-angle device, emergency switch and height-adjusting beam. Diamond blades are listed in 350, 400 and 450 mm sizes; the blades included are stated on the quotation.
Packing, MOQ and Lead Time
