Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machine
Product Code : LSK-SWES-10700
Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machine (SKU LSK-SWES-10700) is a hand-operated hydraulic bender that forms steel pipe around interchangeable formers. It comes in 9, 19 and 21 ton models covering pipe from 1/2 in up to 4 in bore. ITI and TVET plumbing and fabrication workshops use it for pipe work practice. Science Lab Supplies supplies it from Ambala, India to institutes, tender contractors and distributors.
Specifications
The three models differ in force, ram stroke and pipe range: the 9 ton unit takes pipe of 21.3 to 60 mm, the 19 ton unit 21.3 to 88.5 mm and the 21 ton unit 21.3 to 108 mm. Each is supplied with bending formers in inch sizes matched to its range.

Applications and Experiments for the Hydraulic Pipe Bender
The bender is used to make smooth bends in water, gas and structural pipe without kinking, so trainees can build pipe runs, frames and railings. It suits the ITI Plumber, Fitter and Welder trades, TVET plumbing and fabrication modules and polytechnic workshop practice.
- ITI Plumber trade: bending pipe for water supply runs and offsets.
- ITI Welder and Fitter trades: forming pipe for welded frames and handrails.
- TVET plumbing and fabrication modules: choosing the former to match pipe size and wall thickness.
Keep hands clear of the ram and formers while pumping, stay within the stated wall thickness and let trainees operate the machine only under supervision.
Standard Scope of Supply
Each machine is supplied with the set of bending formers listed for its model in the table above. The quotation names the model and lists any optional accessories; the pipe itself is not included.
