Aerobic Digester (SKU LSK-TWL-10809) is a 10-litre bench-mounted reactor for studying aerobic biological treatment of wastewater. A porous liner keeps the suspended solids inside the reactor while treated water passes out, so the process can be studied without an external settling and recycle step. Specifications
The reactor stands on a moulded plastic base with a built-in drain channel. A 24 V DC peristaltic pump feeds wastewater through a transparent lid, an air compressor aerates the contents, a 200 W immersion heater with PID control holds temperature, and pH and dissolved oxygen probes with meters monitor the process.
